Robert L. Puster Elementary School is more than just a place of learning; it's a community where every child is valued and encouraged to reach their fullest potential. Our school serves students from kindergarten through fourth grade, creating a close-knit, supportive environment where children thrive. 

Robert L. Puster proudly opened its doors to the Lovejoy ISD community in 2008.  The school’s namesake comes from former Lovejoy principal and superintendent, Robert L. Puster. Mr. Puster still stops by to say ‘hi” to our staff and students each year!

At Puster Elementary, our mission is to serve our staff, students and community with a heart focused on ensuring kids have what they need to do their best learning and be the happiest version of themselves every day at our school and beyond. At Puster, we can always do better today than we did yesterday. Our culture is one of growing hearts and minds, while always keeping our hearts and minds open to learning and growing. We believe in every student achieving personal excellence. We believe in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where students are inspired to learn, grow, and become their best selves. Our vision is to foster a growth mindset in all our students, encouraging them to keep learning and improving daily.
